Sandton Longevity Lounge – Disclaimer and Notice

1. Nature of Services
Sandton Longevity Lounge operates as a wellness and health centre. The services provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no medications are prescribed. Staff members are not licensed medical practitioners.

2. Client Duty of Disclosure
It is the sole responsibility of the client to fully disclose to Sandton Longevity Lounge any and all relevant medical conditions, current or prior medication usage, substance abuse, trauma, or surgical history. Sandton Longevity Lounge, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the client’s failure to provide such information.

3. Medical Practitioner Consent
Clients presenting with any minor or severe medical conditions are strongly advised to obtain written consent from their medical practitioner prior to commencing any treatments at Sandton Longevity Lounge. Should the client elect to proceed without such consent, this decision is made at the client’s own risk, and Sandton Longevity Lounge disclaims all liability for any resulting adverse outcomes.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), effective 1 July 2021, all personal and medical information provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s explicit written consent. All records are securely maintained in the client’s file at Sandton Longevity Lounge.

5. Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Package Policy
Clients are required to adhere to the 3 hour cancellation and late arrival policy of Sandton Longevity Lounge. Failure to comply with this policy, including late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations made outside the stipulated notice period, will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

All package purchases are strictly non-refundable. However, any unused treatments remaining in a package may be transferred by the client to a nominated friend or family member, subject to prior written notification to Sandton Longevity Lounge.

6. Marketing Communication
The client’s consent is requested for Sandton Longevity Lounge to provide information regarding new services, special offers, and other communications related to treatments.
