Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We operate a strict 3-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least three hours in advance. Cancellations made less than three hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in you being liable for the full payment of the scheduled service. Late Arrival Policy Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment session, subject to our ability to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will unfortunately be forfeited, and you will be liable for the full payment. • Cancellation less than 3 hours in advance or no-show: Full payment required. • Arriving late (up to 15 minutes): Treatment time may be reduced to fit the schedule. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Appointment forfeited and full payment required. No Refund Policy All treatments that are paid for are non-refundable. However, you may swap your treatment for an alternative treatment of equal value, or gift it to a friend or family member. Please ensure that you advise us in advance of any transfer of packages, so that we can update our records accordingly and facilitate a smooth handover. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these policies allow us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
