Ozone Sauna Therapy is a Holistic treatment that combines the benefits of steam and ozone gas administered in a controlled environment. During your ozone sauna treatment, you will sit naked inside a private sauna with your head sticking out. Steam is introduced to the sauna together with Ozone gas. The steam surrounds your body and the humid heat opens your pores. The ozone is then infused through the skin where it enters the bloodstream. Once the Ozone has entered the bloodstream it travels to the lymph and fat tissues and the detoxification process begins. Raising the body temperature results in the destruction of bacteria and viruses. The steam purifies the skin, soothes sore muscles and boosts your circulation which helps you to relax. The Ozone brings oxygen to the tissues for enhanced health and vitality. Ozone is a molecule composed of 3 atoms and has many health benefits. Ozone is a powerful antimicrobial with the ability to increase oxygenation and blood circulation in the body. When Ozone is combined with steam in a sauna, the therapy becomes even more effective. The warm steam helps to open the pores allowing the ozone to penetrate the skin more deeply and enter the bloodstream. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We operate a strict 3-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least three hours in advance. Cancellations made less than three hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in you being liable for the full payment of the scheduled service. Late Arrival Policy Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment session, subject to our ability to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will unfortunately be forfeited, and you will be liable for the full payment. • Cancellation less than 3 hours in advance or no-show: Full payment required. • Arriving late (up to 15 minutes): Treatment time may be reduced to fit the schedule. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Appointment forfeited and full payment required. No Refund Policy All treatments that are paid for are non-refundable. However, you may swap your treatment for an alternative treatment of equal value, or gift it to a friend or family member. Please ensure that you advise us in advance of any transfer of packages, so that we can update our records accordingly and facilitate a smooth handover. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as these policies allow us to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
